Welcome to the Mystic Highland Academic Center.  Homeschooling your child is not only a very personal decision, but quite often a very daunting task.  You want to assure your child is getting the best education possible while utilizing every avenue available.

I was home schooled myself during high school and know first-hand the benefits.   I went on to attend Drury University in Springfield and graduated from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a minor in Russian and a Pre-Medical emphasis.

I have taught in public schools for the past three years but have been teaching informally for seven. All of our teachers are college graduates with educational/homeschooling backgrounds whose goal is to enrich the education of your child.

I am pleased to offer a supplement to your homeschooling curriculum.   As your students grow, it becomes harder to teach the skills they will use in higher education. The Mystic Highland Academic Center will help teach some of the scientific skills and lessons unavailable to you at home.
